This morning when I got up I found we had a leak under our house. Everyone we called said they would be glad to get back to us either later tonight or tomorrow. However when I called your office Sue answered in a very friendly manner and with concern when I told her what was happening.
We are expecting family and friends this weekend for Christmas and this would have been a complete fiasco if we couldn't get it repaired soon. Within an hours time Sue had contacted her husband Tim and he arrived at our house, within that hours time he quickly assessed the problem and repaired it. Not only did he professionally repair it but it was done far cheaper than any of the others would have even considered doing it. We need to have all the plumbing done for the entire house and plan on using Eagle Plumbing exclusively from now on. Sue and Tim I can't begin to thank you enough for the job you did for us.
